As a life-long resident of Virginia, a long time Virginia Sportsman and a Virginia Forest Warden I support the proposed regulation to allow concealed weapons permit holders to protect themselves in State Parks as has been done in the National Parks system.   Armed permit holders are protection for others and themselves.   Over the years capital crimes have been comitted in both National parks and State Parks.  This new regulation would help protect people while visiting our great resources in the State of Virginia.
