This is my personal comment on amending Regulation 4VAC10-30-170 as pursuant to Virginia State Code 18.2-308 in regard to concealed handgun permit addressing carrying said firearm withing state forests by valid permit holder.

If you have been issued a valid permit by the state of virginia, throught local circuit district, then you Should BE Allowed To Carry Concealed Handgun ON State Forest Landholdings !!!!!!
