I am pleased that Virginia has decided to return to me the inalienable right to defend myself, a right it stripped from me almost 100 years ago, while in a State Forest.  I am in my seventies and dependent upon prosthetic devises to ambulate, so I cannot run from criminals who would wish to do me harm.  Being able to carry concealed at least gives me a means to fight back against thugs who carry concealed without a permit.  Thank you again.
