The premise stated as the basis for this "survey" is not supported by science. People who are "fully vaccinated" have contracted COVID-19, and some had have very serious illnesses some with fatal outcomes. Also, scientific research has revealed that those who are "fully vaccinated" can carry the virus as well as transmit the virus to others.
