Dear Friends:  Please do not add to the already heavy burden that students and teachers and other school employees are dealing with.  As a former educator, I know how stressful it is.  Mandates serve no function except to threaten and intimidate and motivate out of fear.  Encouragement is a better route.  I know that the experts have said all is safe, but there are opposing experts as well.  In addition, you need to consider natural immunity.  I was teaching when AIDS came along, and no one could know anything about the AIDS status of any student even when it could threaten the teachers own health.  It is ridiculous now to even know who has been vaccinated much less require it of staff.  Since students survive COVID very well, it seems crazy to expose them to this vaccine even though some questions remain.  Please, please, please, don't require this of our schools who are already overburdened with regulations and expectations.
