First, the so-called COVID-19 vaccines are not vaccines; they do not immunize. They are mRNA lipid nanotechnologies. The definition of what a vaccine is was changed to deceive the American public and avoid any challenges to this fraud. Second, this petition violates U.S. Code 1520 (‘The Nuremburg Code’) and the U.S. Constitution by trying to mandate a medical intervention. The universal right of informed consent to medical interventions has been recognized in US law for more than a century. The 1947 Nuremberg Code also forbids the practice of forced medical interventions without voluntary consent of patients. More recently the Supreme Court's 1973 Roe V. Wade decision protects the Constitutional right to privacy over one's body. Therefore, I say no to medical mandates. Anyone who tries to mandate medical interventions commits an assault for which he or she should be liable in damages.
