Although the petitioner has a right to express their view on the subject of vaccines, we do not agree that their view, or anyone's view, should be mandated for others who do not agree and who consider the subject of vaccinations to be one's personal choice.  Also, when defining what constitutes an exemption, why would a religious objection not be considered equally important?  It should.   As Americans we have been guaranteed freedom and religious liberty for all by the Constitution.
