The mRNA treatment is not a vaccine; it does not work like the "many other vaccines" you mention. It does not prevent individuals from contracting COVID. It can cause other individuals, both vaccinated and unvaccinated to contract COVID. It kills an individual's immune system rendering their immunity unable to defend against other viruses. It an kill and cause permanent medical ailments. It has killed more people than ALL other vaccines ever!

The vaccination requirement for all state employees you mention; requiring anyone to have a medical procedure they don't want is against every American freedom concept. This "mandate" is more like what we'd expect of communist China.

The mandate you are seeking is NOT lawful and likely violated the Nuremburg Code. The so-called FDA approval had insufficient clinical trials and was rushed. Therefore, ANY vaccination mandate is tantamount to inflicting an incompletely tested, non-approved medical procedure on an unsuspecting public. Remember Nazi Germany and the following Nuremburg trials???

Private school staff are employees or a private agency and are NOT state employees. The mandate you are seeking shall have NO jurisdiction over private agencies.

Paragraph 2

Your use of the word 'sacrifice' is wrong. Merriam-Webster:  "to suffer loss of, give up, renounce, injure, or destroy especially for an ideal, belief, or end". It would be more accurate to say your "daughter and all other kids" HAVE BEEN SACRIFICED".

The disruptions and quarantines you mention ARE NOT necessary. Over 99% of school age children who contract The Virus get sick, get well and obtain immunity. Similarly, healthy adults who contract The Virus get sick, get well and obtain immunity. By the way, if the vaccination is so great, why are the vaccinated fearful of the unvaccinated? Also, by the way, natural immunity is 60 or so time more effective than any REAL vaccine. (Remember this vaccine is NOT.)

Paragraph 3

Last sentence first...Right, nor should the irrational MAJORITY "be dictating public health policy for Virginia or the schools". Whether we're talking about vaccines or masks or quarantines or whatever; individuals and families decide what is best for themselves, NOT ANY government agency!

First sentence part A next...your "daughter and all other students should have a PRIVILEGE to be able to attend school".

First sentence part B...risk exists everywhere; we are not guaranteed a risk-free existence. We ARE guaranteed "...with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."

Second sentence last...overcrowded buses are a fact of school life. Perhaps you or a family member or a trusted neighbor can drive your daughter to school? Wearing masks, lunch, unmasked times; these are not fixed by having everyone vaccinated. They are fixed by rejecting the ridiculous idea that mask-wearing prevents the communicability of ANY virus.
