As a pharmacist, I cannot support giving teens/children any of the Covid vaccines when we do not know the longterm effects of these injections.  We have no idea of the consequences on fertility or potential to cause cancers and autoimmune diseases.  Additionally, there are many documented side effects, and some are severe. We already know that we are putting them at risk for things like myocarditis which very well can cause longterm negative effects.  The unknown and known risks of the injections outweigh the potential benefits since the disease is not likely to affect this population severely, the injections do not prevent transmission, and there are still breakthrough cases due to waning immunity after a few months.

As a mom, I believe parents have the right to make medical decisions for their children.  I also think this mandate would put undue stress on our older kids who are aware of these risks too and do not wish to have these injections.
