1st amendment religious exemptions

The 1st Amendment and Title VII of the American Disability Act  declair that no government agency has the right to override an individual's rights to practice their personal religion. If the Virginia government disallows religious freedom exemptions they are violating the religious rights of Americans and showing defrence to those who choose to not practice any established religion over those who do.  Employees cannot be asked to violate or justify whichever reason their religion dictates that they not accept the covid shot. The government cannot determine what religious exemptions are allowed for that would ilustrate government prefrence for one religion over another.

Furthermore the on market Covid 19 shots are under FDA emergency aproval only. ASs such there is no liability for drug manufacturers in the case of adverse reactions up to and including death. By mandating the vaccine  the Virginia government is taking away the free decision to inoculate  not and thus opening the Commonwealth uup to lawsuits over shot related injuries and or death.
