| Description | The regulation contains the requirements for obtaining licensure as an asbestos worker, supervisor, contractor, inspector, management planner, project monitor, project designer, or asbestos analytical laboratory, and for approval of accredited asbestos training programs. The regulation provides for renewal and reinstatement of licenses and training program approvals. The regulation also provides for the standards of practice and conduct for licensees and accredited training programs. |
