| Description | The Certification Requirements Manual (24 VAC 35-41) will replace the current manual (24 VAC 35-40) which is being repealed. Certification of alcohol safety action programs in the Commonwealth is necessary to ensure administrative consistency of the VASAP system and quality of services provided to DUI offenders, the courts, and the community. The manual covers the composition and duties of certification review teams and the various program areas that are subject to review. |
