| Description |
These regulations guide the issuance of certificates of competence as required by the Erosion and Sediment Control Law. §10.1-561. These regulations are applicable to every program authority that administers and erosion and sediment control program. Staff of program authority must be certified in accordance with §10.1-561.1 of the Erosoin and Sediment Control Law.
