| Description | This regulation is promulgated by the Virginia Soil and Water Conservation Board in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.1-603.18. et. seq. of the Code of Virginia. The purposes of these regulations is to ensure the proper adminitration of the fund through the establishment of policies, criteria, conditions, and procedures for awarding loans and grants from the fund to local public bodies. |
