(i) Whether the regulations continue to be effective framework for emergency medical services (EMS) in Virginia by providing appropriate minimum standards for emergency medical services (EMS) agencies, vehicles, and personnel and by allowing enforcement of these standards; (ii) Whether the regulations continue to provide appropriate minimum standards for the issuance of EMS agency licenses and EMS vehicle permits, for the certification and recertification of EMS personnel, and for the enforcement of these standards. |
