| Description | This regulation supplements and helps enforce the provisions of Title 46.2, Chapter 17 of the Code of Virginia, relating to commercial driver training schools, by providing for adequate training of students through the establishment of various requirements, including but not limited to those pertaining to school curriculum, contracts between schools and students, facilities and equipment, qualifications of instructors, and financial stability of schools. |
