| Description |
This regulation cites pertinent state law concerning statutory authority, and establishes requirements under which local governments of incorporated towns of less than 3,500 population may request the Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB) to provide funds for road improvements from secondary funds, as well as CTB funding authority when no request is made. The Office of the Attorney General has found that this regulation is exempt from the APA under Section 9-6.14:4.1 B 4 (effective 10/1/01, 2.2-4002 B4)(effective 10/1/01, 2.2-4002 B4).
