Description This regulation establishes the rules pertaining to payment of damages to property owners abutting a new or existing highway when easements are extinguished. The Office of the Attorney General has found that this regulation is exempt from the APA under Section 9-6.14:4.1 B 4(effective 10/1/01, 2.2-4002 B4).
State Authority Sections 33.1-12 , 33.1-58 , Code of Virginia .
Federal Authority None.
