Description This regulation establishes the policies and procedures VDOT will use in considering remedial actions necessary to address problems caused by residential cut-through traffic. The Office of the Attorney General has found that this regulation is exempt from the APA under Section 9-6.14:4.1 B 11 (effective 10/1001, 2.2-4002 B11).
State Authority Section 33.2-210 , Code of Virginia
Federal Authority None.
Exempt from APA Yes, changes to this chapter of the VA Administrative Code are exempt from Article 2 of the Administrative Process Act.
