Description This regulation establishes the role VDOT will play in the maintenance of roads crossing the Interstate System for roads in cities and towns, counties except Arlington and Henrico, and all other counties. The Office of the Attorney General has found that this regulation is exempt from the APA under Section 9-6.14:4.1 B 4(effective 10/1/01, 2.2-4002 B4).This regulation has been filed by description.
State Authority Sections 33.2-318 and 33.2-303 , Code of Virginia .
Federal Authority None.
Exempt from APA Yes, changes to this chapter of the VA Administrative Code are exempt from Article 2 of the Administrative Process Act.
