| Goals of Regulation |
1. To provide guidance to those entities authorized to offer for play games of skill specifically as it relates to initial registration, monthly reporting, labeling, surety bonds, minimum age requirements for players, taxation, and record-keeping. 2. To promote the public health, safety, and welfare by regulating the offering for play games of skill at both ABC licensed establishments and truck stops. |
