Board Description:

The VFSB has the responsibility for promoting the coordination of efforts of fire service organizations at the state and local levels and providing technical assistance and advice to fire departments, other fire services organizations and local governments. To achieve these responsibilities, the Board has three committees, and when needed, sub-committees that accomplish the requirements set forth in COV ยง 9.1-203.
