Action Summary The intended action by is compliance with House Bill 2095 (Chapter 460 of the 2001 Acts of the Assembly) to promulgate regulations for certification of substance abuse counselors with a bachelor’s degree level of education and substance abuse counseling assistants with a high school or GED degree level of education.
