The regulation covers the following topics: petition from interested parties, solicitation of input, public hearings, and withdrawal of regulations. The proposed action provides for electronic transmission of information and makes changes for clarity especially regarding the responsibilities of the Child Day-Care Council and Department of Social Services. |
