Action Summary |
The Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) is amending the chapter to conform two sections (22VAC30-50-60 and 22VAC30-50-120) to Item M of the 2021 Appropriation Act which reads: “Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the commissioner may reallocate up to $500,000 from unexpended balances in the Commonwealth Neurotrauma Initiative Trust Fund to fund new grant awards for research on traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries.” |
