Action Summary |
This regulatory action amends language in the Virginia Administrative Code to expand the substance use disorder service called “Preferred Office-Based Opioid Treatment” to individuals with a substance-related or addictive disorder in accordance with a mandate from the General Assembly; incorporates ARTS utilization review changes that were requested by the provider community and that reflect existing practices; and, adds language that specifies the reimbursement methodology for all ARTS residential levels of care (3.3, 3.5, 3.7, 4.0) services. |
