General Information
Action Summary This general permit regulation establishes limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions for point source discharge of wastewater from potable water treatment plants to surface waters in order to maintain surface water quality. This regulation action is proposed in order to amend and reissue the existing general permit which expires on June 30, 2023.
