General Information
| Action Summary |
The Board for Professional Soil Scientists, Wetland Professionals and Geologists (the Board) seeks to amend its current regulations to adjust its licensing fee structure. The Board must establish fees adequate to support the costs of the Board operations and a proportionate share of the Department’s operations. By the close of the next biennium, fees will not provide adequate revenue for those costs. |
