| Action Summary |
Chapter 80 is being amended to allow the Commission Veterinarian to administer lasix and perform endoscopic examinations. These changes are necessary to accommodate smaller race meets such as Shenandoah Downs where the Commission Veterinarian administers lasix to all of the horses on race day and may have to scope a horse after the races if a private veterinarian is unavailable. |
