Action Summary |
This action is promulgated in order to be in compliance with House Bill 2367 from the 2019 General Assembly Session which prescribes that the Board shall promulgate regulations that prescribe the terms and conditions under which the Board may suspend the privilege of a mixed beverage licensee to purchase spirits from the Board upon such licensee's failure to submit any records or other documents necessary to verify the licensee's compliance with applicable minimum food sale requirements within 30 days of the date such records or documents are due. |
