Action Summary The Licensure Regulations for School Personnel must be amended to comport with legislation passed by the 2018 General Assembly. The regulatory action (standard procedure) is for the purpose of addressing legislation that was approved by the 2018 General Assembly. The following such legislation affects the Licensure Regulations for School Personnel: HB1156 requires the establishment of an endorsement in dual language instruction pre-kindergarten through grade six.
