General Information
Action Summary The agency plans to repeal two regulations and replace them with a new regulation to provide specific standards governing the administration, clinical services, support functions and physical environment of a licensed provider organization that are designed to protect the health safety and welfare of clients receiving services. The new regulation (12 VAC 35-105)will update certain requirements to reflect current practice and technology, clarify provisions, and incorporate recent statutory changes.
