On September 28, 2018, the State Air Pollution Control Board took final action to amend the Variance for Rocket Motor Test Operations at Atlantic Research Corporation Orange County Facility (9VAC5-220-10 et seq.) by correcting the name of the owner and operator of the testing facility where it appeared in the regulation. The regulatory action is to be effective as provided in the Administrative Process Act. |
