General Information
| Action Summary |
Amends current regulation so that the chief hearing officer can extend an offer of consent settlement without approval from the board; a settlement is not conditioned upon approval of the board; extends the time in which the licensee may return the properly executed consent settlement; the board does not have to approve acceptance of consent settlement agreement; and it is no longer required that the board review all proposed consent settlements and removes the requirement of approval by the board in order for a consent settlement to be final. |
