General Information
Action Summary Proposed amendments update the education and experience requirements for three licensure categories based on statutory changes to scope of practice definitions in 1996. The proposed regulations also reformat the regulations to accomodate the new requirements, eliminate obsolete language and add new language for clarification when needed. The proposal includes an endorsement process for individuals with lengthy experience licensed in other states.
