Action Summary |
The regulatory change will bring the Independent Foster Home regulation into compliance with Chapter 809 of the 2017 Acts of Assembly (SB 1008). This legislation moves the definition of barrier crimes and references to barrier crimes from § 63.2-1719 to § 19.2-392.02 of the Code of Virginia. All corresponding references to § 63.2-1719 will be revised to reflect the new barrier crimes Code section, 19.2-392.02. |
