These regulations are being created in support of §§ 23-38.10:14 through 23-38:20 of the Code of Virginia for the implementation and administration of an aid program for students pursuing workforce credentials. The regulations provide the purpose of the program, define terms in the regulations and administration of the program, outline responsibilities of the administering agencies, provides awarding criteria, and stipulates reporting requirements. |
