| Action Summary |
Amendments will update the existing regulation so that it is consistent with the Food and Drug Administration’s 2013 revision of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance. The agency also proposes to delete the section that states that the regulation supersedes 2 VAC 5-500, as this section is no longer needed for the enforcement of these regulations. |
