| Action Summary |
The Board of Optometry has amended section 47 to include Schedule II controlled substances consisting of hydrocodone in combination with acetaminophen in the list of oral analgesics that may be prescribed by optometrists. The amendment conforms regulation to amendments in ยงยง 54.1-3200 and 54.1-3222 of the Code of Virginia by passage of HB1735 in the 2015 General Assembly. |
