EPA established EGs for EPA amended its emission guidelines for commercial/industrial solid waste incinerators (CISWIs) in the Federal Register of February 7, 2013 (78 FR 9112). In order to implement the EG, it is necessary for Virginia to amend its state regulation containing those limits. |
