| Action Summary |
These regulatory changes will bring the Standards for Licensed Children’s Residential Facilities into conformity with changes made to §§ 63.2-1702 and 63.2-1707 of the Code of Virginia by the 2013 Session of the General Assembly (Chapters 182 and 545 of the 2013 Acts of Assembly).
22VAC40-151-20, which required the department to conduct an investigation of the financial responsibility of the applicant, is repealed.
Subsection A of 22VAC40-151-130, which required facilities to prepare an operating statement, working budget, and balance sheet annually, is deleted. Due to this deletion, the remaining text is re-lettered.
