Action Summary This action repeals the agency's MEDALLION regulations which provide for) as an alternative to managed care. The managed care service delivery mechanism, via Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), has now expanded throughout the entire Commonwealth and these PCCM regulations are no longer needed.
