General Information
Action Summary The purpose of this intended regulatory action is to provide both increased protection to employees and employers performing lead-based paint abatement projects by requiring that licensed lead contractors submit written notification for all lead projects, as defined in 16VAC25-35-10, regardless of the contract price for the lead project.
