| Action Summary |
Chapter 310 of the 2011 Acts of Assembly of the Virginia General Assembly modified statute related to the redesignation of a joint enterprise zone and Chapter 320 of the 2011 Acts of Assembly of the Virginia General Assembly modified statute related to attestation requirements for small firms to qualify under the Enterprise Zone Grant Program. The amendments to the Enterprise Zone Grant Program Regulation to correlate the regulation with the Acts of Assembly are contained in ยง 13 VAC 5-112-10, 13 VAC 5-112-290 and a new section, 13 VAC 5-112-495 and match the legislative language.
