Action Summary |
In response to the evolving marina industry in Virginia, the State Board of Health ("board") intends to revise and amend the Commonwealth of Virginia Sanitary Regulations for Marinas and Boat Moorings in an effort to improve boater accommodations and to ensure that boaters will have a place to dispose of sewage in a sanitary matter so as not to present a public health or environmental hazard resulting in a degradation of water quality. |
