The content of Frontage Roads has been incorporated into the Road Design Manual, which is incorporated by reference into the Access Management Regulations: Principal Arterials (24 VAC 30-72) and Access Management Regulations: Minor Arterials, Collectors, and Local Streets (24 VAC 30-73). As a result, the Frontage Roads regulation is no longer needed. |
