Action Summary To develop a single regulation, through a comprehensive review of the provisions of 6VAC35-51 and 6VAC35-140, containing the minimum standards for juvenile residential facilities covering program operations, health care, personnel, facility safety, and physical environment. To contain additional provisions for wilderness programs, family group homes, and independent living programs.
