Changing Title 3.1 references to Title 3.2 as a result of the recodification of Title 3.1

| Action Summary |
The recodification of Title 3.1, which became effective October 1, 2008, makes it necessary to update any Title 3.1 reference in the regulation with the new Title 3.2.
This regulatory action will delete the reference to Chapter 28.1 (§ 3.1-828.1 et seq.) of Title 3.1 in Section 10 of the regulation and replace it with Chapter 48 (§ 3.2-4800 et seq.) of Title 3.2. Also in Section 10, § 3.1-828.2 will be changed to § 3.2-4806. In Section 50, § 3.1-828.5 will be changed to § 3.2-4806.
