General Information
Action Summary The new regulation establishes the annual reporting requirements and fees of associations that are under the purview of the Common Interest Community Board. The only change in transferring the regulation from the Real Estate Board to the Common Interest Community Board is the replacement of all references to “Real Estate Board” with “Common Interest Community Board.”

Executive Branch Review This Action is exempt from Article 2 of the Administrative Process Act. The normal executive branch review process is not required. As such, it can be submitted directly for publication and is effective upon publication.
Exempt Citation: Chapters 851 and 871 of the Acts of the 2008 General Assembly, which were the result of HB 516 and SB 301 respectively, require regulations to be effective within 280 days of enactment.
