6VAC 15-62 was promulgated and finalized on January 24, 2008. Amendments to 6VAC 15-62-110 make grammatical corrections, delete the effective date of the Rules for Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision, and change from five to ten working days the time line for a released offender to meet with field staff. This last change was an oversight and intended for inclusion in the 1/24/08 regulation. |
